About B Chai: Bridgit has enjoyed chai tea for years. It was her dissapointment with the existing chai products that led her to create a healthier and more flavorful chai beverage for her own consumption. She experimented with blendings and grindings of the freshest spices available until the flavor was perfect. Her friends, many of whom are professional athletes started making regular requests for her creation. In 1996 she decided to make her chai into a commercial product and B Chai was born.
